RGS HVAC SERVICES / UAE
Commercial HVAC annual maintenance contracts in the UAE
Planned servicing, clear responsibilities and a maintenance schedule built around your equipment.

RGS provides annual maintenance contracts for commercial HVAC systems across the UAE. We help facility managers move from repeated reactive callouts to a documented programme based on equipment condition, building use and operating hours.
As an authorised Samsung and Mekar service partner, RGS supports commercial cooling equipment with maintenance expertise and access to genuine components.
Equipment we can include
AHUs and FAHUs. Filtration, coils, fans, drives, dampers, drainage and controls, with fresh-air and heat-recovery checks where applicable.
Fan coil units. Filters, coils, condensate drainage, valves, actuators and thermostats.
VRF and DVM systems. Indoor and outdoor units, error-history review, controls, electrical and refrigerant-system checks appropriate to the equipment.
Ducted splits and packaged units. Evaporator and condenser servicing, filters, drains, fans and electrical inspection.
Ecology units. Inspection and servicing of the installed filtration and exhaust equipment within the agreed scope.
How the contract is built
- Assess the plant. Record the equipment, condition, access restrictions and existing issues.
- Agree the scope. Set visit frequency, covered tasks, response arrangements, exclusions and any separately charged work.
- Schedule the visits. Plan preventive maintenance around the building’s operations.
- Record the work. Document completed tasks, relevant readings and recommendations.
- Review the assets. Use the service history to identify equipment needing repair, upgrade or replacement.
Clear terms before work begins
An AMC should explain exactly what is covered. Labour, consumables, spare parts, emergency attendance and out-of-hours support depend on the selected contract. RGS confirms these items and the applicable response arrangements in the quotation rather than relying on a general website promise.
Pricing for your actual building
The number and type of units, equipment condition, access, operating hours and required service coverage all affect the price. Share an asset list or arrange a survey so we can prepare a suitable proposal.
Frequently asked questions
Are spare parts included?
Parts coverage depends on the contract. Your quotation will identify included items, exclusions and the approval process for additional work.
How often will you visit?
The schedule is agreed around manufacturer requirements, equipment use, condition and the site’s environment. High-use or heavily contaminated systems may need more frequent attention.
Can RGS assess an existing maintenance arrangement?
Yes. Share the current asset list and maintenance scope so we can discuss the building’s needs and a suitable start date.
